1. Our Services

RETRONIC TECH LLP supplies, installs, and maintains gate automation and access control systems, including sliding gates, swing gates, boom barriers, bollards, and related hardware from TAU, NICE, BENNICA, and RETRONIC.

2. Quotations & Site Surveys

Quotations provided via this website, phone, or WhatsApp are estimates based on the information available at the time and are subject to confirmation after an on-site survey. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions.

3. Warranty

All motor systems are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as stated at the time of purchase. Warranty coverage excludes damage from misuse, power surges, unauthorized modification, or lack of routine maintenance.

4. Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. For larger commercial projects, milestone-based payment schedules may be arranged directly with our team.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution during installation and maintenance, we are not liable for pre-existing structural, electrical, or civil issues at the installation site that are outside the scope of the agreed work.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
